Mission
Our mission is to provide boys and young men with a wide array of activities and resources that will guide them to becoming positive, productive and contributing members of society.
Focus
The TMF's focus is to provide activities and resources that will enhance boys and young men’s ability to (1) understand self and human characteristics, (2) build communication skills, group interaction, and team building (3) gain basic concepts of leadership theory and organization; (4) integrate positive character traits in current and future life situations. Our hope is to also assist other organizations and ministries focus on and provide for the needs of boys and young men.
Characteristics
TMF strives to use a solid, ethical, and Biblical foundation for reaching and teaching boys and young men. The essence of the TMF program is a strategy and structure that ensures equal emphasis on four key areas of ability that exemplifies well-rounded men. TMF believes that if a young man can develop all four abilities; he will grow to be a well-balanced man. They are:

Philosophy
TMF is not intended to isolate or alienate anyone of a particular race, culture or religion. Our hope is to teach and guide boys and young men from all backgrounds to become positive and influential adult men in their relationships, their family, their church and their community.
